Fulltone RTO Robin Trower Overdrive Pedal

Fulltone RTO Robin Trower Overdrive Pedals are IN Stock at Ballew's Music!

The Fulltone Robin Trower Overdrive is responsive to touch, sounds huge and has sustain for days. It's crystal clear when the guitar's volume knob is turned down for great live dynamics. Robin Trower uses both Fender & Marshall amps, so Fulltone designed to work well with both, and it does. Robin hits so hard that the front end of the pedal had to be tuned for those .012-.048 tuned-down strings...the RTO holds tight and smooth for Strat and Les Paul players alike. We got 'em in stock: $224.99

The Option Knob for effects pedals...Now at Ballew's Music

Introducing the Option Knob, a killer new accessory for effects pedals!

Everybody knows we adore effects pedals here, and you can just imagine how excited we were when found an accessory for effects pedals that wasn't a board or a patch cable...and this one's pretty cool AND functional!

If your one of the many players who use effects, you've probably encountered a situation where you wished you could change a setting on one of your effects on-the-fly without having to wait until the end of a song, or worse....interrupt your performance. Maybe you have a part in a song where you'd like to start off with just a hint of overdrive, but you need full-tilt saturation in the chorus? Maybe you have a delay pedal and want slapback in one part of the song but want longer delay time in another part? I could go on, but you get the basic premise.

Enter The Option Knob!
The Option Knob is a nifty little device that allows you to control your pedal's settings with your foot, enabling you to keep both hands on your guitar. Need to make a minor adjustment? No problem! Better yet, with the control the Option Knob gives you, you can experiment and explore a whole new range of sonic goodness!

So How Does It Work?

  1. Select which factory knob you'd like to control with your foot. Turn the knob counter-clockwise as far as it will go, then remove the knob by pulling it firmly upward (Don't forget to put this knob in a safe place...don't lose it!)

  2. Align the Option Knob so that it's 'wings' are positioned at 7 O'Clock and 1 O'Clock when looking at the pedal, push the Option Knob on in place of where the factory knob was, push carefully until you feel that there is a snug or adequate grip to utilize the Option Knob's universal fit.

  3. Use your foot to nudge the wings of the Option Knob left and right to whatever settings you prefer. Enjoy manipulating the knob during live performances for more interactive real-time expression. You now have more options and control over your sound by using your foot instead of bending down and using your hand! Pretty cool, huh?

You've Got Options!

The Option Knob comes in 2 styles - Classic and Boutique. The Classic Option Knob will work for most effects pedals made by Boss, BBE, Digitech, Diaz, Electro Harmonix, T Rex, DOD, while the boutique version is for many boutique effects on the market today. Some of the boutique effects use pots with a slightly larger diameter. We will have a more detailed list of effects companies in the future, but to be on the safe side, just take the knob off of your pedal and measure the diameter of the potentiometer...simply because the model you need might vary from pedal to pedal.

The Option Knob Classic will accomodate pot sizes of .220-.235in

The Option Knob Boutique will accomodate pot sizes of .235-.25in

The Option Knob retails for $9.99, and we have have both styles in stock at Ballew's Music
